New Jersey’s The Ones You Forgot craft a sharp and hook-heavy brand of modern pop-punk that intersects uplifting and emotive. Nodding to scene staples such as State Champs, Stand Atlantic and Knuckle Puck, the Brick, NJ crew incorporate influence from across the width and breadth of alternative rock, with intricate guitar work and a bubbling pop sensibility taking their place on upcoming EP, 'Time Trials'.

2018 EP, 'Too Afraid To Say' saw the band develop a loyal local fan base, a core that would grow off the back of support slots with national acts Boys Like Girls, Four Year Strong & Grayscale.

After being selected to play at the 25th Anniversary of the Vans Warped Tour in 2019, The Ones You Forgot continued to trend in the right direction, garnering attention beyond state lines during the challenging pandemic years, with resonating anthems "Something For Me" and "Desensitized" offering fans a measure of hope and escapism.

Kicking off 2023 in style, the East Coast outfit have announced upcoming three-track EP ‘Time Trials’, a vivacious but thoughtful trio of songs, set in motion by lead single and new music video, "Enjoy The Ride".
